Who We Serve

Beyond the Limits Outreach provides services for youth ages 6–17, with extended support available up to age 21 for youth with disabilities or additional developmental or behavioral support needs.

Beyond the Limits Outreach serves youth and families who need additional support during challenging seasons of life. Our programs are designed for:

Children and youth experiencing emotional, behavioral, or family challenges

Families involved with community providers or child welfare services

Parents and caregivers seeking structured support and resources

Youth who benefit from mentorship, guidance, safe summer and community spaces

We work alongside families, community partners, and referral agencies to create supportive environments where young people can stabilize, grow, and move forward with confidence. Including youth who may be: Involved with DCF, Struggling in school environments, Needing behavioral support, Experiencing family instability
